Shipping
I ship by USPS within the United States only, at a rate of $3.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item in the same order. All orders are shipped first class mail with delivery confirmation.
If you desire priority mail there will be an additional $5.00 charge per order total. That means if you order one item it will be $8.00 shipping.
Additional shipping may apply to custom orders based on weight/size of the item. Specifically shirts and other apparel.

Payment:
Payment may be made by Pay Pal on the website. I will accept a check mailed for the total amount + shipping. Only after the check has been cleared at the bank will I ship your item(s).

Returns:
If you are unhappy with the fit of any item please return it at your cost with specific instructions, a phone number and email contact. I will do my best to correct the problem and return the item at my cost.
There are no returns on custom orders. (Sizing on an order that is already made does not constitute a custom order. ) A custom order is a request for an item that is not available from my inventory and is for a special size, color, material and/or design. Increasing the length of any chain by more than two inches is also a custom order.
Return of an inventory item can be made if there is a defect in my workmanship. Any part I do not make myself is not covered by this policy. This includes some clasps that I use, watches or beads & gemstones used in my designs. If I can correct the defect I will and return the item to you. If I am not able to fix it I will offer a replacement. This is only for items purchased within 6 months of the return. Beyond 6 months I will not accept a return for any reason.
CUSTOM ORDERS: can be discussed with me. We can call and email until the design is complete then I will start work. No work is done until we have a complete design. Size can be adjusted but there are no returns on custom orders. There is a 50% deposit required for custom orders. These orders do not ship until full payment is received. See policy above regarding additional shipping charges for some custom orders.
PMC Classes
There are no refunds for this class.
If you are unable to attend on the date selected please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. We can arrange to register you in a PMC Intro. class on another date.
